I have just posted the first part of the immigration report for 1869 at

It is a list of ships kept at Grosse Isle. Most of the ships were from
German or Norwegian ports. It gives ship name, master, sailing date,
arrival date, # of births and deaths at sea, # of sick, crew size and a few
other things. The report goes on to say that many of these immigrants
crossed into the US from Canada.
