My ggggrandmother Catherine Walker's maiden name was reported to be
Manabee. Further, she was reported to have been born in Scotland. By 1824
she is living in the Belleville, Ontario, Canada area. She was married to
John Walker, born in Ireland. I have never run across the name Manabee
anyplace. Does anyone out there have any listings for Manabees coming to
America.
