Hi, I'm new to this so please be patient. I'm helping my mother trace part of
our family and we've reached a puzzle. Our first ancestor to arrive in
America (John Buckland) aboard the Tryal in 1758 (in Maryland?). The only
reference to the Tryal I have been able to find is a shipwreck off the coast
of Australia in 1622. Has anyone been able to find anything on a second ship?
John Buckland was married to Susanna, but we don't know if that was before or
after his arrival.
