I am trying to locate the name of the ship and the years that my
great-grandparents Joseph Caspar and Maria Therese (HOCKELMANN) OSKAMP
and their 8 children sailed from Prussia and arrived in the U. S. It is
on (CD-354), Passenger and Immigration Lists Index, 1538-1940. If
someone has this CD, I would be eternally greatful for any information
you can find. There is also information in a book by Friedrich Mueller
called "Westfaelische Auswanderer im 19. Jahrhundert-Auswanderung aus
dem Regierungsbezirk Muenster, Part l. 1803-1850. It is located in
Basement 1, on the shelf for oversized books, call number 943.56, Q
area, w2m., at the Family Hisory Center in Salt Lake City. If someone
is going there, I sure would appreciate a lookup. "Please reply to
. Thank you, in advance. Leila Alfier
