Just like the comments in Message #9, I find the same info. I'm looking for
THOMAS KINGSLEY, discharged from the Royal Irish Constabulary, who left
Limerick after June 15, 1854 to go to Montreal, Canada where a daughter, ELIZA
was born in 1855. He left Ireland with a wife, ne. Mary Webb and a son,
William, born in 1852. It has been said that he was with the Montreal Harbor
Police while in Canada. I don't know where to look for: the ship, the
daughter's b. cert., and info abt. his occupation stint. His age was 26
(alto' some other info had him lie abt. his age.) So, am looking for ships
from Ireland to Canada latter part of 1854 - end of 1855, and also b.
certificate of Eliza Kingsley. Info re: Montreal Harbor Police employees,
also. Please. Heidi R. Phelon
