I want to thank all who gave info on the Navy ship Pillsbury. I didn't think
I would get so much help.
Now I have another question. Does anyone have a passenger list with the
name CONRAD HOFMEISTER on it? He and his family would have come to America
around 1853 from Hesse Darmstadt Germany. Other known spellings are
HOFFMEISTER / HOFMASTER.
