Just for the record MY message to Nancy was a PRIVATE email. She should not
have posted it to the list!!! If she has a problem not understanding WHAT I
said or the guidelines of this list, then she should have contacted me
privately. Regardless...what I said to her still applies. We do NOT want
her or anyone else posting their back and forth private emails to the list.
It's just that simple!

If she or anyone has done a lookup for someone - that's great! But if
the info is only going to be of interest to the one individual then DON'T
post it to the list! If your replying with info that we would all be
interested in then that's fine - post it to the list. But no one is
interested in her "checking with her swim instructor who has the same name as
someone else,yada, yada, yada" - that's off topic stuff and should only be
sent in private email. Actually, the messages sent to her HAD been private
emails so she should never have posted them to the list anyway.

Since day one, this has been the rule on the list and we're not changing it
now! Messages are to be kept ON-TOPIC and of interest to the entire list.
When replying to a message cut out ALL the previous messages that don't apply
to the subject, including the private emails!

There is NO reason to hash this subject over and over.
SO...NO MORE POSTS ON THIS SUBJECT - IT'S OVER!!!
