Sam,
First, do you know about what year the naturalization occured? If it was
before 1920, it is highly unlikely that your grandmother had naturalization
papers. At that time, married women were automatically naturalized when
the husband was naturalized and the majority of these women did not receive
"papers". You could look for the papers under your grandfathers name.
If you have access to the LDS Family History
Center (which has filmed a great many naturalization records), you may find
your grandparents records. My Research Guide to Immigration and Ships
Passenger Lists at:

should provide all of the information that you need. Section 8.0 provides
detailed information on how and where to search for these records.
