Dear Sir,
Regarding the steamhip S.M.S Novara which took Ferdinand Maximilian from the port of Triest to Mexico on April 14, 1864. Would there be any record of a list of goods or a bill of lading. The reason why I am searching for this is that my grandmother left me some art work which the story goes belonged to Maximilian during his reign in Mexico. However, I have no way of proving this, if you could help me I would greatly appreciated.
