passenger living in Co. Derry, Ireland,

Yes, with luck (the main luck needed being that the date is correct).
You can order the NY arrival film for this date and read it all.
A short cut is to check the New York Times for the date (and a couple
before and after) and see which ships arrived from Londonderry (often
called Moville - the port) - then read the arrival film for that ship
or ships first.
