Reinhard HOLLER arrived o/a 2 Oct 1852 in Baltimore MD sailing
from Bremen, Germany. This is according to information filed
when he applied seven years later for naturalization in Boone
County IN, so I hope he remembered the date accurately! <grin>
Suspect birthdate was in 1835 or prior which would make him 17
years or so when he arrived ... perhaps he was traveling with
other family members. Perhaps his age is wrong?

Plot thickens: Younger brother August says he himself was born
in Indianapolis IN in 1836 ... which means parents of both were
already here? Wonder why one brother got left behind? Hmmmm ...
the adventure continues.

This is the first of the HOLLER clan we've followed back to the
Atlantic Ocean so I'm unsure of the best procedure to find
details from here ... would appreciate some guidance at this
point. And, of course, any lookups in specific resources are
appreciated ... thanx, fokes!
