Hi Michele,

My database of ships to Canada has a few holes for the 1960's and so I am
missing both 1960 and 1962, so I cannot give you all the arrival dates for
your two ships for those years. Ted mentions no "Acadia" after 1956, but I
wonder if it might have been the Geek Line ARKADIA ? In 1961 she was
sailing to Montreal from one (or several) of these ports. Bremerhaven,
Havre, Cherbourg, London, Southampton - Liverpool, Belfast, Dublin,
Cobh. (In 1961, Seven Seas was sailing from Bremerhaven, Rotterdam,
Havre, Southampton)

Are you aware that your parents are able to get extracts from their landing
record?
Because of Canadian privacy laws, post 1935 Canadian records are still in
the custody of Citizenship & Immigration, but you can make application
under "freedom of information" for your own record, however certain
conditions apply when wanting to consult the landing record of
others. What will be received is an extract from the passenger list rather
than a photocopy of the list itself.

They can make application for a copy of the extract of their arrivals.
