Hello , this is my first mail to this list , so , I'm a bit uncertain how to
address it , and how to start it . I think it will be better to go right to
the point.
My name is Jos Luis , I live in Norway and I'm searching for all the
available information regarding the ships that my ancestors left Italy with
. I know the names of both ships and I managed to find some information and
pictures of them , through a very kind and helpfull person in the UK. And
now I will appreciate any extra information and PICTURES available.
One of my grandfathers left the Port of GENOVA and arrived to Buenos Aires
onboard of the ship
COLOMBO on October 24th, 1882.
And my other grandfather left from GENOVA as well and arrived to Buenos
Aires on board of the ship CANTON on December 8th, 1887.
I will really-really appreciate any news about those ships (history and
pictures ).
