There are two Philadelphia indexes available on microfilm for the time
frame you are searching in...
Philadelphia Passenger List Index 1800-1906 (alphabetical)

The microfilm rolls can be ordered from a local Family History Center
for viewing and photocopying for a small fee.
You can find a directory of Family History Centers here...

You can also find the microfilm rolls at the US National Archives and
some of its branches. Some genealogical libraries also carry them.
