Be aware that many Danes emigrated via Liverpool. Emigration records
will usually indicate "indirekte" in ship column, and this is NOT the
name of a ship but rather an indication that emigree (probably) left
for Liverpool. Many other Danes emigrated via Germany, i.e. Hamburg.
There appears to have been very little direct Denmark->USA activity,
at least in early years.
