Hello Ian. I did find one FORSBECK on the CD:

FORSBECK, Jacob - age 25 - Born Sweden
On May 12, 1887, in New York CIty, he joined the EARL BURGESS, Official
Number 88388, as an Able Bodied Seaman. He was discharged in Liverpool on
June 1, 1888 at the end of the voyage. The vessel was a square rigged Ship,
3 masts, 2 decks and 1,821 gross tons. She was under the command of Captain
Leonard M. Coffill. Jacob's previous ship was a Norwegian vessel.
