CADUCEUS 1854
1,006 gross tons, length 186.2ft x beam 34ft x depth 21.5ft, wooden hull,
three masted full rigged ship. Built 1854 by Fletcher, Son & Fearnall,
London. 1869 after several chartered voyages for Shaw Savill & Co, purchased
by Shaw Savill & Co.and sailed out of Liverpool*. 1873 sold to H. Edwards,
South Shields and used on the Spanish trade. 1874 wrecked.
