My grandmother, Violet Tresham, travelled by ship from England to Toronto in 1891. She had been in the St. Giles Orphanage in Northampton up until that time. Can you please give me an idea of what port she might have departed from in England and where she may have arrived in Canada, e.g. Montreal?

I cannot seem to find any passenger lists for ships at that time. I would dearly love to know what the name of ship was that she travelled on, but am perplexed as to where to start!
