Sometimes those extra long URL's do weird things, so it is better to post
something like this and let folks navigate in for themselves. Was she
Roumanian? Does Bucareot really mean Bucharest?
First Name: Leia
Last Name: Wallenstein
Ethnicity: Roum Hebrew
Last Place of Residence: Bucareot
Date of Arrival: Dec 22, 1903
Age at Arrival: 16y Gender: F Marital Status: S
Ship of Travel: Rotterdam
Port of Departure: Rotterdam
Manifest Line Number: 0012

The Dt Pd is a mystery to me. There is also SI Pd on the same page. I
wonder whether the Pd was the initials of the examiner? "Dt" I would
think was detained or detention and "SI" I would think is for special
inquiry. The remarks far right say " Dr. says conjunctivitis," by way of
an explanation.
Have a look here at "Manifest Markings"

Probably she should. You might need to page through to the end of the
manifest to see the "record of detained aliens." My best guess is that
sister is " C " I agree on the address.
Wait . . I found the other record ! Frame 520 line 14 . . sister is
Carolina, but address is 608 E 13th. The Inspector was Driscoll and it
looks like she was only detained until 7.40 and was fed supper.
