I used this technique, in the past, so that I could print out multiple
copies of the report without having to rerun and regenerate the reports
within UFT. I would send the same file several times to the printer. I
needed these multiple copies for family reunions. I would also keep these
files on my disk so that I could print out the same exact report at a later
date. Since UFT can now create a Word file I now use the UFT to RTF method
for all my reports.
