but the only response authorized is "Someone will call you about the
problem." That phone call never comes. The *only* response was
Rhonda's which was that she would forward my E-Mail to her to the
appropriate desk.

No company can survive indefinitely the number and kind of complaints
aired on this list with respect to orders and problems with the
software without (a) disappearing or (b) getting a "makeover". There
are several programs which I believe are certainly as good or better
and which are "highly responsive" to requests for help. I still have
not received the rebate which was submitted earlier than the upgrade
order.
