I doubt it had anything to do with the service I got Arlene. The young man
didn't know who I was, I never told him who I was or write for and I have
never told anyone at Palladium and TLC or the old Commsoft who I was. In
other words, they don't have a clue, although they might now if they are
reading this group that I write a syndicated column. It had nothing to do
with the service I got.
