Thanks, Brian:
I'd really like to know what's causing the pedigree chart reports to print
the way they do. It sure is a puzzler and I was hoping I'd have an answer
by now. By the way, WHEN I get the upgrade to 3.0 (I never even got a
notice that 3.0 was ready for ordering), do you think it will solve the
problem or should I just wait for Blue to respond?
Thanks again, and I really do appreciate all that some individuals do to
help those of us who wish we were as "smart" as you.

Arlene --
I did give your printout to Blue (the programmer) so he could look in to it
and get back to you.
I'm sending a copy of this to him to refresh his memory.

Thanks, Rhonda:
I'm using Version 2.9; have been upgrading all along to the latest version
I
could get my hands on. The problem still persists. Don't know what else I
can tell you - I'm no "techie." However, it seems to me that if we report
a
problem, it really shouldn't take months to get an answer back - even if it
is an answer we don't really want to hear. 'Nuff said. I look forward,
eagerly even, to getting some reply - positive or negative. I'd like it to
be a resolution as I'm getting tired of printing out reports, especially
pedigree charts with little, teeny numbers so small you can't read them
with
the naked eye next to the b-m-d dates.

Arlene,
Our problem at NGS was that we could not recreate the problem that you
described there at the booth. Part of that problem was that we had only
2.9 (and in one instance 3.0) on those systems.
Since I am not in house there, in fact am 3000 miles away, I would have no
way of getting the info to Blue. If Brian didn't get it to Blue, that is
because he is no longer attached to UFT and when we he got back got
involved in his new product. I am sure it was purely an oversight.
I would suggest sending an e-mail to fully describing
the problem. Then if you do not hear back from someone, please let me
know.
Rhonda
