Subject: [UFT] Printing all pictures.

Here is how I solved my problem in case someone else would like to print all
of thier family pictures.
1. Make a new event called Pictorial (or whatever you like) using Build
Templetes> Event/Roll. Make a role called Photographed person (or whatever
you like). For the Roll Text use #A!
2. Now create a new Pictorial event for person with picture. Attach the
media, and under text, put in the caption for the picture. You can then
remove the caption under multimedia. Don't put any text in the A field, or it
will print in your document.
Now you can put in a date, and place or a sort date, and the picture will
print in order with the other events that you have.
I know that this is going to make for some very long files, and I haven't
decided what I want to do about printing pictures everytime I print, but I do
a lot of printing to a file at family reunions, and this is going to be great
for having the pictures imbedded in the text in the order they occur. If
more than one person is in the picture, just use multiple roles.

Dick, Thanks for letting me know that I had to have some text for the
picture to print. It took me forever to figure out how to get the picture to
show.
