This might help.

Close UFTree.
On your computer, find a file called fixme.bat
and click or double click on it.

(right click my computer, find, enter fixme.bat
when the computer finds fixme.bat, click or double click on
that file name.)

If that doesn't work, open UFtree,
Utilities, Project, Check, repair, OK.

If that doesn't work, open UFTree
utilities, project, pack

if that doesn't work, open Uftree
utilities, project, reindex.
