Dear Bob,
Thanks again for your suggestion to check sources for blank numbered
footnotes. You were right (as usual) that I didnt enter sources. However, I am
finding this very tedious with about 70 numbers to investigate and correct.

Now I have a question for listers who are writing a book. What do you think
of just printing a bibliography instead of all the sources after each event?
Or is that not kosher? It would be a lot easier and how many people will want
them?
