I am having trouble finding my great-grandparents and family on the 1901
census. They are:
William Thomas Taylor born in Ireland in 1855
Mary Ann or Minnie born in 1856 in Ireland (Simpson)
William John born in 1883 in Ireland
Ettie born in 1184 in Ireland
Mary born in 1885 in Ireland
Elizabeth born in 1889 in Birkenhead, England
George born in either 1894 or 95 in Birkenhead, England

I just found my Grandfather, Robert Samuel Taylor in one for London and as a
soldier for the Battery Royal Horse Artillery at 21 years of age.

I have checked Cheshire records but to no avail. The family had to leave
Ireland in unpleasant circumstances so I bet they didn't put down they were born
in Ireland.....that's what my Grandfather did on his record.

I am also trying to find records on my GGrandmother in Scotland. The family
was on the 1881 census for Milngavie census. I know she didn't die till 1921.
Those names are:
Elizabeth Cooper born around 1838 in Glasgow maiden name Young, widow of John
Cooper
children probably still at home with her:
Samuel born in 1877 in Milngavie
Andrew born in 1881 maybe in Milngavie too but not sure, found his record and
it lists District as: New or East Kilpatrick in County of Dumbarton. He died
in 1945 as a sewing machine factory specialist for Singers in Clydebank. The
address at his death was 179 Duntocher Rd, Dalmuir.

I would also like to know who was living at 32 Crown Ave in Clydebank in
1901. My great-grandmother ended up living there later after she came back from
South Africa and where my Grandparents were married at in 1910.

Thank so very much for any help,
Karen
