Not quite in topic but consider this.
We would all like to survive long enough to see our own name in a census.
I was born in 1930 so the first census I would appear in would be the 1931.
The 1931Census was destroyed by German bombing in 1940,
There wasn't a 1941 Census due to the War.
Thus the 1951 Census is the first one that I will now appear on.
This will possibly be made available in January 2052.
I'll be 121 years old ! (I already use a wheelchair from time to time)
But wait - it could have been worse. I was in the RAF from 1947 to 1975,
and I was in Canada from July 1952 to April 1953 so, had they posted me to
Winnipeg a year or so earlier then I wouldn't have appeared on a UK Census
until 1961 ! <G>
And in 2062 I'll be 131 !
Now, if I'd been born in the US- - - - - - -- ! <G>
