Hi Jennifer
my guess is that the version of wincc you are using is not the most recent.
I had a problem with changes that wouldnt stick back in August and shortly
thereafter the software was updated. What i did as a quick solution was to
reenter the first record that had missing info as a new record, delete the
old one and combine the new and old households
