Just to clarify on the comment below. I've only been transcribing for this
last week or so - if I can't make out all of a word, but can most of it,
I've been using a ? in the bit I can't decipher - for example a place name
Hall?ton, and then flagging an X in the appropriate column and a comment in
column Y. Does Bob's comment mean I shouldn't be doing this?
