Hi Leah

We don't put in what isn't there so the unoccupied properties go
in as zero and U. (two entries)

We need to account for the missing schedule numbers though so
these need to be entered with the numbers and "N" (on separate
lines)

| I have a page whose schedule numbers run accordingly: 9, 10, 13
(i.e.
| missing 11 and 12). Between 10 and 13, I have 2 unoccupied
properties listed
| *without* schedule numbers beside them. Presumably, I'm missing
schedules 11
| and 12 because Mr. Enumerator has allotted them to these 2
unoccupied
| properties, but has not transcribed it as so.
