Hi Diane,

I've just started playing with IrfanView myself and this appears to be how
it works:

Open IrfanView and go to Options/ Capture/Screenshot. You can set up the
option there to make the Capture area Foreground window - Client area.
When you've ok'd that, go back to Adobe Reader and when you get one of these
hard-to-read pages, go Ctrl-F11, and the page will be copied to Irfan View
for you to play with.

Then, when you've finished with that page, minimise IrfanView and you will
be back in Adobe Reader.
