WEBPAGE REVIEWS
http://www.geocities.com/gary_hawkinsuk/index.html?1022687739830
A website devoted to the Cordall families originating
from Staffordshire. There is an interesting story
about how the family name originated in the area, and
much detail of how the family developed. This is an
interesting site. I found it a little difficult to
navigate and the site could do with a little more
structure, and an easier navigable menu. The site also
suffers from my bugbear the pop up advert as it is a
geocities hosted site. However there is a good deal of
family information and quite a bit of local
information which will interest many people with
ancestors in Staffordshire
http://www.snodlandhistory.org.uk/content.htm
The website of the Snodland History Society has much
to offer the genealogist. Not only does this website
contain local history information, and interesting
information on famous people, it also contains a lot
of genealogical information on parishioners, which
appears to be extracted from the parish registers.
Well worth a visit for anyone whose ancestors may have
been in this area. The downsides of the site are a
difficult design to read and poor navigation, however
the site is still well worth a visit for its
genealogical information

A fascinating site dedicated to the history of the
Buckinghamshire Constabulary. Of course this site will
have interest to you if you have ancestors in
Buckinghamshire who were policemen. However the site
also contains much information that will be of
interest to you if your ancestors were policemen
elsewhere, or if your ancestors just generally came
from Buckinghamshire. Well worth a visit, the images
are quick loading and the write ups fascinating!
