I agree, Kathie. No-one wanting to send something they shouldn't is going to put their *own* return address on an envelope or package.
We have some pretty dumb bureaucrats and pollies in this country but not even the dumbest of them could possibly be so stupid as the Canuck bureaucracy appear to be... Or could they...? lol

You may or may not have heard of mail being returned from Canada as it did
not have a return address on it.
