Ann Barrett has indexed admission records for several IOW schools. The
indexes are not online but her web site shows which ones she has indexed:

If you are by chance interested in Brighstone, the Admission Register is in
a locked glass case at Brighstone Village Museum, very annoyingly opened on
a particular page and other pages are not accessible :-( If only it were
open on the page for K I could see my Grandfather's admission details and
those of his brothers and sisters!!!
