Hi Ann

If the building's deeds are accessible, they could be consulted. They
could be with the present owner - you could drop a line to the shop -
or they could be with the owner's solicitor, or deposited at a bank or
building society. If that's the case, access will be difficult.
Some deeds to end up at the Record office in Barrow.
