Hi List

I am hoping someone can throw some light on my mystery.

In the 50s and early 60s my grandfather used to visit relatives (cousins) near Ambleside.
All my mother can remember is that they were called Vic and Milly and that they lived on a farm known as the Thompson Grounds near Ambleside.

Can anyone out their add anything to this to help me track this family down

I do know that my grandfather's mother was born and raised at Brunthow Cottages near Ambleside. She was Elsie GRAY (nee SHEPHERD) born 1880 and married Francis GRAY in 1910 at Ulverston. Her father was John SHEPHERD, mother Sarah (nee HUDSON).
