A possible source of watchmaker info: There are 281 messages with
mention of watchmaker on RootsWeb's UK boards, 136 of which were posted
this year; 277 messages mentioning clock, 35 of which were posted this year.

To find references to watchmaker (or clock) on the UK boards, go to
<http://boards.ancestry.com/localities.britisles/mb.ashx>;. Enter
"watchmaker" (without inverted commas" in to the "Names or Keywords"
field, tick "United Kingdom and Ireland - Family History & Genealogy
Message Boards", then click on Search.

To limit the search to a particular time period or add search criteria,
from <http://boards.ancestry.com/localities.britisles/mb.ashx>; click on
"Advanced Search." If you want the search to be limited to the UK
message boards, be sure to tick "United Kingdom and Ireland Category"
because this screen defaults to "All Boards". Enter the criteria, click
on Search, and off you go!
