Hi again Evelyn:

I found out by luck when I wanted to revisit a site that if I picked out a
name and date of birth and location I could return to that list. So when I
came across an institution and decided to record it I did the same and made
a list of all the institutions with the name and particulars of a person on
the list, then I can always return to the institution by typing in the name
of the person and particulars.

For instance if I wanted to look at a list of a Workhouse in Glasgow, I
would type in the name and particulars of a person I know is there, and up
comes the Workhouse List.

It sounds a little awkward but it works.
