Hi Jill,
Do you know if it was Myrtle Street in Hoxton or Hackney?

I don't recall seeing that home mentioned in the catalogues for the Hackney
and Shoreditch Unions which covered the two addresses. Was it an independent
home?

You could check it out in a contemprary street directory which will tell you
who ran the school and thus give some clue as to where the records might be.
