Do you know anything of the garden layout for Colin?

I know that many of the former workhouse "inmates" continued to live on the
premises and some continued in jobs such as gardening and site work.
However, most pictures do not show the layout of the grounds around the
workhouse.
I do know that many of the premises had carefully tendered borders ......
but was this true of the actual workhouse era?
