All Saints closed in 1999, and the site is now a partly-finished new housing
estate. Everything's been moved to the new wing at Medway Maritime Hospital
(the main hospital is actually around 100 years old).

As far as I know, Canada House is now something to do with youth
psychology/psychiatry.
