Subject: [UK-W&H] Asylums help for Canadian student
Date: Sun, 10 Aug 2003 07:56:02 -0230

Hi,
I am spending 6 weeks in England studying British Social History and
Architecture. I am looking at asylums in particular (mental health
institutions). For my final paper I need to visit one and examine how it
has changed since the 18th century. I was wondering if anyone has ideas
about a building that I would visit in the London area? Any help will be
appreciated.

thanks,
carla
