Dear all.

In a letter of testimony, a late cousin of my father wrote, that his great
aunt, Sara CHAIKIN (born about 1862), married a nephew of Lazer BRODSKY of
Kiev (The sugar king).
In a letter written by my ancestor Rabbi Zvi Hirsch CHAIKIN (1784 – 1883) to
the Admo"r of Hab"ad in 1877, he wrote about the "tnaim" (pre marriage
terms) which were written in Kiev, between his two grandchildren, the son of
his daughter from Chernigov and the daughter of his son, Rabbi Joel Meir
CHAIKIN.
It is possible that the two testimonies deal about the same characters…
I am trying to find a BRODSKY who was born around 1862, that his mother was
daughter of Zvi Hirsch CHAIKIN. Who got married to a Sara, who may have
died short time after the wedding, since there are no traces of her.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Best regards, Udi Cain, Israel.
