I don't think I'm going to find coordinates, but I am finding lots of
references, including a Mennonite tour to the Ukraine wherre
Fuerstenland is mentioned. Seems to have been a colony with villages
inside it, rather than a town in it's own right.

It seems in some discussion that during the time it was under Russian
rule, it was discussed as South Russia, but as you pointed out, that
is not appropriate for now, as it is not in Russia.
