Galina is trying to get in contact with a Vladimir BUKOWKY. He is a former
Soviet dissident and writer. She says he lives in England. I tried to find
him with the overseas phone books site Infobel but it turned up only 2
families in Bolton neither of which showed the name Vladimir.

So, if anyone has an idea of what to do to find him (if he is findable)
please try.
