Hi Fred. Thanks for the comments. There are so many Underwoods and so many
duplicate names down through the generations, that one can easily get led
astray! However....I KNOW better than to rush! We'll get this all straight
someday. My mother was born and raised in Middlebourne, WV, so I know the
area pretty well. There are so many Underwood relatives around there (who
always do their best to be helpful in research) that I pick up a lot of help
that way. Will keep going on sending information that I have-not
guaranteeing that all is RIGHT! But....we do the best we can and by
comparing our info to others, the story becomes more accurate. Best! Kay
