John Howell Sr, and his sons John Howell Jr & William Howell were
participants in a long forgotten group who were exported out of London,
England in 1792. By 1802 their immigration was descriptively named
"Treasury Loyalists." I have slowly been compiling biographical sketches of
the 100 families that sailed. My working title has been "The Treasury
Loyalists of Upper Canada."

My Howells were settled briefly in Marysburgh, 1792-98 before lingering in
Niagara 1798-99. So your Estate Will could in fact be the same family, lets
trade some more sources!
