Was a petition required to obtain the land as a son or
daughter of a U.E.L.?

If one was, what information would be on one? Where
are they located? Are they reviewable over the
Internet?

I have never been able to trace my Wright (Waite or
Wait Wright) line, except for one daughter. Could
petitions be a good reseource to find some of his
children?

Thanks,
