Have loyalists relatives that moved on to New Brunswick from New York in
1783. For the longest time I have been trying to identify the parents. Does
anyone know what the earliest census or something similar might be for the
Brooklyn and/or Long Island, NY area? If you have an answer to this question,
circa 1760, then could you tell me where I might find the documents. I am
close enough to NYC to go there,
